Cuando usted va al supermercado y escoge los aguacates, primero sólo apriete suavemente alrededor del tallo. Podrá hacerlo si está un poco blando, y si es demasiado está muy maduro. Cuando lleve el aguacate a casa, si aún lo siente un poco firme, colóquelo en una bolsa de papel y déjelo en la repisa por uno o dos días.
