If you want to improve your running it's a great idea to occasionally focus on running drills. If you're wondering what a running drill is then let me explain; a drill is when you break down part of the running action into a specific small movement.
Today, I picked a simple one that we call high knees to share with you because you can do it in on the spot inside your home or you can do it outside before you go on a run.
The high knee drill strengthens your hip flexor muscles, which in turn may improve your running stride. It's also a great exercise that you can add to any warm up routine.
